  • Jungian Therapy

    At the heart of Jungian work is the belief that each of us carries an ancient call toward wholeness. Carl Jung named this process individuation—a lifelong unfolding into the truth of who we are meant to be. Healing, in this sense, is not about fixing what is broken but about reclaiming what has been hidden, forgotten, or cast into shadow, and weaving it back into the fabric of the self.

    Jung saw the psyche as alive with mystery. Beneath our daily awareness flows the unconscious—a realm that speaks in images, dreams, and symbols. Here, the soul reveals itself not through logic, but through story, myth, and synchronicity.     Jung often turned to the language of alchemy to describe this inner journey.
